How do I change my payment method?
 
  1. Click "My Orders" (in the top right menu).
  2. Find the order and click its "VIEW ORDER" button.
  3. Under the "Payment Method" section click the "CHANGE" button.
  4. "Choose your default Payment Method, Edit or Delete" or "enter a new payment method".
Note: You can only change the payment method of orders we have not shipped yet (please leave the "Apply this payment method change to ALL my pending orders" unselected).
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You are required to pay sales tax if your shipment address is located in the state of California.
What if I have a question on my charges?
  Click the “My Ordersʺ menu link to view a list of your past and current orders.  Click on the ʺVIEW ORDERʺ button for a specific order to display the Orders Details.  If you have further questions or concerns, please e-mail us at [email protected] for further assistance.
How do I print a copy of my invoice?
 
  1. Click the “My Orders" menu link to view the orders that you have placed.
  2. Click the "VIEW ORDER" button to display the "Order Details" page.
  3. Click “NEED TO PRINT AN INVOICE?” to display your invoice.
  4. To print, use the menu option File->Print.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
