Orders
Has my order been shipped?
  You will receive a notification e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. If you have not received the shipment notification e-mail, you can still check on the status of your order by clicking on the "My Orders" menu link.
When will my order ship?
  Your order will normally ship the business day following receipt of your payment, for products that are in-stock.  Some orders may take 2 or more weeks to fulfill, if they are not readily available.  The availability of each product is stated on the individual product page.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  On the Checkout page of the Shopping Cart you will be offered a choice of shipping method, with its associated cost.
How do I track my order?
  Your order tracking information will be included in the shipment notification e-mail, sent to you at the time of shipment.  This information will also be displayed on your Order Details page when you click on the "VIEW ORDER" button.
What can I do if my shipment was incomplete, or I received an incorrect product?
  If your order was not complete or you believe you have received incorrect items, please e-mail
[email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product.  Please include the order number and detailed description of the problem to help us quickly resolve the issue.
Can I return my order after it has been shipped?
  No. Vivid Medical only accepts product returns under our Product Warranty for defective products.
