Has my order been shipped? | |
You will receive a notification e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. If you have not received the shipment notification e-mail, you can still check on the status of your order by clicking on the "My Orders" menu link. | |
When will my order ship? | |
Your order will normally ship the business day following receipt of your payment, for products that are in-stock. Some orders may take 2 or more weeks to fulfill, if they are not readily available. The availability of each product is stated on the individual product page. If you have not received an e-mail notifying that your order has been shipped, or have a question on an estimated ship date, you may contact [email protected] |

How much is my shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. On the Checkout page of the Shopping Cart you will be offered a choice of shipping method, with its associated cost. | |
How do I track my order? | |
Your order tracking information will be included in the shipment notification e-mail, sent to you at the time of shipment. This information will also be displayed on your Order Details page when you click on the "VIEW ORDER" button. | |
What can I do if my shipment was incomplete, or I received an incorrect product? | |
If your order was not complete or you believe you have received incorrect items, please e-mail [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please include the order number and detailed description of the problem to help us quickly resolve the issue. |

Can I return my order after it has been shipped? | |
No. Vivid Medical only accepts product returns under our Product Warranty for defective products. | |
